Terms and Conditions

1. Your agreement

By checking the acknowledgment during signup, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

DrivenToShow, DrivenToCollect, individual clubs, event organizers, advertisers, and other linked services may have separate terms. A link or supported account connection does not make Driver Focused responsible for every service those parties provide.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not a legal adult, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use Driver Focused. Anyone using the service for a company, club, or another organization must have authority to act for that organization.

Provide accurate registration information, use an email address you control, complete required verification, and keep your details current. Do not impersonate someone else, create an account without permission, evade a suspension, or grant access you are not authorized to grant.

Protect your sign-in emails, links, sessions, and devices. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Connecting a supported identity does not transfer every permission or private item from another product.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Driver Focused a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, format, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide Driver Focused and honor the visibility and sharing choices you make. This includes public previews of public posts within the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions, including photographs, text, trademarks, and information about other people. Do not post confidential information, copyrighted material without permission, or personal information that you are not entitled to share.

When content is removed, this license ends except as needed for backups, legitimate legal or operational retention, and copies already shared with other people through authorized use. Removing content cannot recall copies independently kept by others. Driver Focused’s name, branding, software, and original platform materials are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Community conduct and moderation

Use Driver Focused lawfully and respectfully. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

You must not use Driver Focused’s website, apps, APIs, servers, storage, or other infrastructure for any illegal purpose or to engage in, plan, facilitate, coordinate, solicit, promote, or conceal illegal activity. You must not upload, store, transmit, or distribute unlawful content through the service.

You must also not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud, exploit, or deliberately endanger people.
• Post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized personal content, or use the service for spam or scams.
• Encourage illegal street racing, dangerous driving, trespassing, or other unlawful activity.
• Bypass permissions, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, misuse sign-in links, scrape restricted information, or access another account without permission.
• Manipulate votes, reports, listings, offers, memberships, or attendance information.

5. Reports and enforcement

We may review reports, restrict content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or the service, or meet legal obligations. Club administrators may also apply their own clearly communicated community rules within their authority.

Use available reporting tools or contact us to report misuse, infringement, or a moderation concern. Include enough detail to identify the material and explain the issue. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact us to request review.

6. Clubs and independent organizers

Clubs and event organizers are responsible for their activities, descriptions, invitations, eligibility rules, permissions, fees, and any additional terms they communicate. Driver Focused provides community tools and does not automatically organize, sponsor, insure, inspect, or supervise an activity just because it appears in the service.

Confirm arrangements with the organizer. Respect private-club and invitation restrictions. Administrative access is a responsibility to use information and permissions appropriately, not permission to misuse member data.

7. Driving, events, and directions

Driving and attending events involve risks. You are responsible for your decisions, your vehicle’s condition, appropriate licensing and insurance, and compliance with traffic laws, property rules, and event requirements. Never use Driver Focused in a way that distracts you while driving. Stop safely before interacting with screens or changing plans.

Event times, availability, addresses, route stops, and directions may change or contain errors. Saved offline details can become outdated. Confirm current information with the organizer and consider road conditions, closures, weather, and your own abilities. Map providers choose and display navigation under their own terms. A list of stops does not guarantee a particular road or safe route.

Participation is your choice. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable duties concerning personal injury or unsafe conduct.

8. Listings, offers, and third-party content

Vehicle stories, listings, prices, advertisements, deals, articles, and external content may be supplied by members or third parties. Their presence does not guarantee accuracy, ownership, condition, availability, value, safety, or endorsement.

Investigate a transaction and verify information before paying, traveling, or sharing sensitive details. Buyers, sellers, advertisers, and outside providers are responsible for their own transactions and promises unless a particular offer expressly identifies Driver Focused as the seller.

9. Paid features and advertising

Where a paid membership, campaign, or other paid feature is offered, review the price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown before purchase. Those disclosed terms and applicable law govern that purchase. Payment providers and app stores may also have applicable payment terms.

You authorize only the charges and renewals disclosed for the purchase you make. Use the available billing controls or contact us for cancellation assistance. Cancellation and refunds remain subject to the disclosed purchase terms and any mandatory legal rights. Do not assume that an organizer’s listed admission price is a payment to Driver Focused.

10. Privacy and outside services

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process, visibility choices, providers, device storage, and privacy and deletion requests. Review it before submitting personal information.

Links, maps, address searches, videos, connected products, and external payment pages may take you to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We do not control their availability or independent practices.

11. Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain Driver Focused, but access and features may change, be interrupted, or require updates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and third-party content are provided as available without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Driver Focused is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on user or third-party content, independent activities, or interruptions to the service. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any responsibility or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Ending your use and resolving concerns

You may stop using Driver Focused and request account deletion by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy, and ending an account does not erase valid payment obligations or mandatory refund rights.

Contact us first if you have a service or legal concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law. Laws and mandatory protections that apply to you continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The published effective date and version identify the current text. We will provide notice of material changes and request a new acknowledgment where appropriate or required by law. Changes will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. These terms and the terms disclosed for a specific purchase describe the applicable agreement for Driver Focused.
